Remedial and Sports massage
A remedial and sports massage treatment will focus on a particular area of the body or specific issue. Massage techniques, stretches and fascial release are applied to muscle and connective tissue, alongside trigger point release and joint mobilisations.

Remedial massage can help to increase range of movement, relieve muscle soreness, aid recovery from injury and improve overall health of the tissues. It can be beneficial to any body, however physical their lifestyle.

All treatments begin with a consultation and postural or mobility assessment, to tailor treatment and aftercare to your individual needs.

Relaxation massage
A healing practice used since ancient times, massage promotes a state of relaxation and balance, enabling the body to engage it’s own innate self-healing processes. Treatments draw on techniques from a range of massage and bodywork traditions.

The intention of these treatments is to promote a general sense of well-being, allowing time to unwind, to reconnect with yourself and your body. This in turn has shown to address many ailments, including reduced muscular aches and pains, tension headaches and the effects of stress, and to improve sleep patterns, circulation and energy levels.
