New Barre classes
Wednesday evenings 5.45 pm at Mendip Lifestyle Studio, Winscombe
Barre offers a full-body workout to strengthen the core, enhance muscle tone and improve joint stability. Drawing on elements of ballet and pilates, it is a high-intensity but low- impact movement class set to uplifting music. We use light weights, resistance bands and isometric holds to strengthen the body, support postural alignment and overall fitness.
